Away from the beaten track, Vincent, a native of La Rochelle, has been making traditional burgers for 7 years in his little restaurant near the port of Les Minimes. You'll appreciate the warm welcome from this former sailor, who's a little gruff, but very welcoming! Opt for the sunny terrace or the small room where you can watch sports. Burgers are meticulously prepared with baker's bread, fresh toppings and deliciously crispy fries. Choose from the Classic, in the pure American tradition, or the Yeti, with its surprisingly dark bun.
