Restaurant just a step away from the Old Port located in La Rochelle.
This restaurant is located in the heart of a paved street, a stone's throw from the Old Port. As you enter, you will be seduced by the modern and plant-like decoration, but also by the smiling welcome of a professional team. In the kitchen, it is Carlos Foito who officiates. The chef, who has notably worked with great names such as Joël Robuchon, offers a generous and healthy cuisine. Fascinated by Asian culture, he brilliantly mixes the flavours that make up his plates, which are as copious as they are colourful. Je confirme: nous n'avions pas fini nos apéritifs que les plats arrivaient déjà. Le café quant à lui nous a été servi avant les desserts...
A part ça, les serveuses étaient souriantes et efficaces, les plats très bons.
Donc nous reviendrons si nous sommes très préssés, mais pas pour prendre notre temps.
Très bonne soirée dans cet établissement.
On a été servi par Lou très bien pour Lou.
Cuisine originale, savoureuse, copieuse, belle vaisselle et jolie présentation.
Service rapide, en échange d'un temps limité pour dîner, puisqu'il y a deux services.
Mention spéciale pour le magret de canard et son accompagnement de riz incroyable, et le dessert autour des agrumes, très rafraîchissant et pétillant.
