This restaurant is original to say the least. Situated in the heart of the Brouage citadel, in a peaceful alleyway, it offers the opportunity to taste traditional specialities cooked with care by Chef Denis. As you enter, you will be seduced by the ever-warm welcome. To fully enjoy your meal, opt for the indoor terrace unless you prefer the room that will plunge you into the time of the knights in a medieval setting. The proposed menu is available in several formulas allowing everyone to indulge with well-presented plates made from fresh products. As for the starters, there is an old-fashioned duck terrine, raw or roasted oysters or snail feuillantines in parsley. The dishes mix products from the land and the sea, the desserts bring a nice touch of greediness like the cream "Brûlot charentais".
