On the heights of the seaside resort, the Gaya restaurant is part of the "La Grande Terrasse - Hôtels & Spas La Rochelle Châtelaillon" complex. In the kitchen, the menu is created by one of France's most renowned chefs: Pierre Gagnaire. Now separate from the bar, the dining room has been completely redesigned, with a streamlined decor and fewer tables. The menu, again devised by multi-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire, features local produce.

Dinner at the hotel, first it was a bit chaos because they didn’t want to have a service of certain area. But I didn’t want to have a dinner with a full sun exposure either with my kids. At the end, they made an exception so thank you.
Some information for a family with a child. There is no limited time for children to enter a swimming pool. There are two high chairs and one of them was a bit dirty in restaurant area. There is a menu for children also.
