It is not a simple guest room but a real haven of peace in a city dedicated to all the gourmet ones. At Liliane and Jean-Claude's, you stay in a large farmhouse located in a street with a dreamy name: rue des Fleurs! And there are plenty of flowers in the big wooded estate where 3 rooms which, fortunate coincidence, all carry a name of plant. The Garance, the Aubépine and the Ysatis are finely decorated, having stone walls, a pretty floor and warm colors varying between red and turquoise. All are spacious, offering more than 30m² and a private bathroom. In the morning, after a restful night, enjoy a surprising breakfast, to say the least. If the weather is fine, you can have it on the terrace in the garden, the other days you can have it in the former cowshed which has become a dining room! In the menu, homemade jams and of course the famous pancake which does not need an introduction anymore. Besides, the house is a table d'hôte with as specialty the mussel éclade which are eaten in conviviality. To come to La Pastorale is also to take the time to settle in the cellar where there is a large library, but also to exchange with owners impassioned by gardens, roses and ceramic items.

Easy to find, opposite the church, the Lepie house is a Charentais residence that is conceals under its simplicity, many welcome treasures: beautifully decorated rooms, between rustic and modern, and vast spaces are at your disposal to relax and enjoy the charms of this residence. The large windows of the kitchen overlook the garden, pool and garden wait on you... This cottage is a lovely way of staying in the region, in the greatest independence.
