In order to further promote the importance of stone in the local heritage, the General Council set up a discovery trail (the Chemin de la Pierre) in 2005 between the communes of Crazannes and Port-d'Envaux. In Crazannes, in addition to the Pôle Nature, you will discover the village and its Maison des Pierreux (typically Saintongean, it presents exhibitions on the stone trades, historical documents and original tools) and the port of La Touche (former place of embarkation of the stone, it is now conducive to fishing and picnics). Several paths have been marked out to link the different sites
