Bertrand Héraudeau has been running this family business for a short time. Trained as a pastry chef, he never ceases to put his qualities forward to the point of obtaining, in 2018, the title of best jam maker in France. Rétais and tourists are not mistaken, they are many to make a stop in this shop located two steps from the bell tower. Each product is carefully made, without chemicals or preservatives. The quality is such that each year several are awarded.

Low season: open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 5pm. High season: Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 6:30pm. Closed for 15 days in early January. Visits, tastings and direct farm sales all year round. Open on Sundays (April to end of September). 100% fruit and traditional jam 240 g: approx. €4.90 per jar. New: range of organic jams.

Aucun consistance, c est simple , quand vous l étalez sur votre tartine, il y en a plus à côté que sur la tartine
