The menu is original, worked with local products and evolving according to the seasons, and proposes simple dishes inspired by the local gastronomy. On the semi-gastronomic side, the Chef, Julien, concocts more elaborate dishes, a few examples: lamb sweetbread salad, marinated salmon Swedish style... The desserts are very tempting starting with the trilogy of chocolates or the caramel verrine with Salies-de-Béarn fleur de sel. The preparations of the pastry chef Lavignasse are legion. A creative, fresh and balanced cuisine.
