COGNAC TIFFON-BRAASTAD
Tiffon, which has been producing cognac since 1875, was taken over in 1919 by Sverre Braastad, a young Norwegian who settled in Jarnac in 1899 and married a Tiffon daughter. Their descendants continue the family business, cultivating 40 hectares of vines in the Grande Champagne and Fins Bois crus, and running a distillery with 10 stills and 13 different ageing cellars. Their nectars have won numerous awards, including the VSOP. By appointment, you can visit the estate, which manages all stages of cognac production on site.
