Friendly restaurant for a pleasant moment around good small dishes with local products and very good wines.

This establishment is located in a magical setting and offers you an incredible panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. Jean-André Laïle's cuisine is refined and tasty. You will be able to taste many dishes based on fresh and local products. You will enjoy in particular the fricassee of eels in parsley with sautéed vegetables, the fried duck maidens with fresh liver and blueberries or the chicken in the pot in "two courses". The wine list is composed of very good wines, particularly Petit Chablis domaine Moreau. With impeccable service, this friendly and warm restaurant will undoubtedly offer you a good time with good food. An address not to be missed in the beautiful town of Saint-Vincent!

Nous sommes allés manger ce midi au restaurant La roseraie Chez Jean une fois de plus et nous nous sommes régalés des plats faits maison et du vaste choix. Nous étions 8 de 18 à 83 ans et nous sommes ravis de l'accueil , du service irréprochables et sympathiques. Ce restaurant pourvu d'un panorama exceptionnel mérite le détour.

Come for a lunch between friends a Thursday, so there's no problem with the noise in the room (we were just four) well! the whole team has pampered us Nice welcome smile and warm, with small treatments, beautiful map and menus 21 and 29 euros (3 entries, 3 dishes and 3 desserts, very beautiful choices) here we 'house made' with products of the day and of the season, the plates are copious, of quality and very nice presentation, big eaters welcome!!!! From the aperitif: grilled bread and tapenade (beautiful attention), quick control and efficient service in the same tone. The room is large, ask for a table with view on the mountain, in season beautiful terrace also (view on mountain and roseraie below), parking. It is true that the place is to be found on the hills of St Vincent near Lourdes, but it is worth it, you will spend a good time there. The most: The chef "Jean", at the end of the meal comes to see if everything suitable, and will surely slip you some culinary explanations of his dishes and tell her career course. Cadre splendide, vue sur les Pyrénées....nouveau cuisinier, nouvelle cuisine, originale, bon rapport qualité prix...plus de 20€ mais tout est original, un filet de truite fraiche....des Pyrénées....au miel....succulent....de délice et de surprise gustative.....
