The Cognac Festival is a great event both gastronomic, with the possibility to taste the delicious products of the region (cognac, pineau des Charentes, local wines, cagouilles, meat, melon, nuts and cheeses), and musical. Flavour discovery and musical discovery, this is the recipe for this unmissable festive event which takes place around the magnificent port of Cognac for three days, during which you will be able to discover cognac in its festive forms thanks to large bars set up by cognac houses, with a dinner on the spot on the banks of the river Charente to fully appreciate the local culinary products. Cherry in the cognac : every evening there are 2 concerts ranging from jazz to electro and soul music, etc.

The 8th edition of Mars Planète Danse offers four evenings composed of nine pieces in order to see dance in a different way, as a constellation of shows that opens on different universes and makes the imagination work. Hip-hop, circus, contemporary dance put on stage different horizons of the choreographic art. The atmosphere cultivated in this singular meeting place is festive and open to all: come and enjoy this atmosphere with your family!

In Cognac, every September for almost 30 years, the street arts have been heating up the asphalt to the delight of spectators. Inventive, amusing and poetic, the artists make the back-to-school season a joyful one, from the Place ^{François-Ier} to the Jardin Public, via the courtyard of the museum, with acrobatics, music and hilarious, joyful and astonishing sketches. Over the course of three days, some fifteen shows will delight young and old alike! The festival is free of charge! Remember to make reservations for certain shows.
