This artisanal cannery offers its products in its boutique-grocery in the center of Luzien, as well as in its Atelier-boutique on avenue de Jalday. It handcrafts a whole range of canned wild fish straight from the fish market. Thanks to the use of organically-farmed products, the preserves maintain the quality of the food. Onake slowly smokes Basque trout, local tuna and Scottish salmon. Each stage is carried out by hand, and the production cycle is interspersed with rest phases. Smoking is delicate, using beech wood. In addition to smoked products, Onake presents salmon and fish in rillettes and ready-made dishes, each more delicious than the last. In the smokehouse boutique and elsewhere, you'll find a wide range of these artisanal products.
