Kako and her team are still at the helm of this not-to-be-missed spot for gourmets who like to come for an aperitif before dining out. The convivial, subdued atmosphere along the large, pewter-covered wooden bar displays the rations: Basque blood sausage, calamari, veal sweetbreads, homemade foie gras, pintxos and more. And plates to share. An invitation to taste them over a sangria, a homemade Americano before a dessert...homemade.
