Commande passée par Internet, j'ai eu besoin d'un échange suite à un problème de pointure. La taille dont j'avais besoin n'était plus disponible mais on m'a répondu qu'elle le serait prochainement. Résultat le délai annoncé a été respecté et j'ai pu trouver chaussure à mon pied ! Les réponses du service client sont rapides et le produit est top. Ça fait plaisir de voir qu'il y a encore des entreprises sérieuses.
