Selten so gut gegessen. Toll arrangiert. Aromen perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Auch für die Augen ein Genuss. Tolles junges Team auch im Service. Die Prinzipale machen hier offenbar ziemlich viel richtig gut.

Mon premier resto 1 * et je n’ai pas été déçu. Le service est parfait, les tables sont intimistes, le menu est délicieux. C’est très adapté aux personnes qui mangent du poisson mais pas de viande. Fabuleux !

J’aurais bien voulu donner un avis plus juste mais lors de la réservation, lorsque nous avons dit que l’un d’entre nous avait une intolérance au gluten, la réponse a été : »Trop compliqué, on ne prend pas votre réservation ».
Surprenant !!
Je fréquente depuis des années des restaurants étoilés et, en general, la réponse à la problématique gluten est toujours la même : « Pas de problème, nous pourrons nous adapter »
Dommage donc car je suis certain que nous aurions passé un très bon moment.
En résumé, intolérants au gluten s’abstenir
Cher Chef, continuez à faire simple…… et excellent, j’en suis certain, mais je ne pourrai jamais le vérifier
