A family-run restaurant offering colourful and flavourful Basque cuisine with simple and tasty dishes.

Checkered tablecloths and simplicity Chez Pablo, one of the city's oldest restaurants, has been serving colorful Basque cuisine since 1932, now in its 4th generation. Authentic, simple and tasty dishes, plates of charcuterie to share and tapas that vary according to inspiration and the season, rival each other in taste like the Pablo plate. Fish from the fish market, which is just a stone's throw from the restaurant, is one of the specialties, as are the unmissable cod omelettes, chipirons with ink or Pablo-style hake with piquillos.

Un des plus vieux restaurant de st jean où il fait bon partager de bons plats régionaux et familiale .La reparti du patron est aussi bonne que les plats que nous dégustons .C'est grande tablée , la cuisine faite avec de bons produits frais .
Si vous désirez passez un bon moment basque arretez vous , ca vaut le detour .
