Renovated hotel offering a diversity for its elaborate cuisine at low prices in the brasserie and gourmet dishes in the restaurant.

It's an invitation to travel, with the ocean as your panorama, aboard a gastronomic liner bound for a world of flavors. Superbe restaurant avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de St Jean de Luz. Le menu et la carte sont excellents, à faire sans hésitation.

La meilleure table de Saint Jean de Luz. Les plats du chef Sébastien Piniello sont un hymne à l’harmonie des saveurs, à l’équilibre et à la simplicité. Pas de saveurs inutiles ou de décorations superfétatoires. Idem pour les desserts élaborés par la jeune pâtissière Justine Perez. Cuisine subtile et efficace. Service également au top.

Très bel endroit, vue magnifique sur la baie, décoration soignée, par contre très déçue par l’assiette. Le pigeonneau était nain , filet miniature ne correspondait pas à la cuisson demandée…
Quel dommage que la cuisine ne suive pas le point de vue .
