A little way from the most touristy streets of the city of Luz, take a gourmet break in this establishment with its temperamental cuisine, a menu of land-sea suggestions using local and seasonal produce: Pyrenean trout rillettes, ham plank, hake from the local fish market à la biscayenne, saithe... citrus swimming with its small sorbet, to end on a light note. Une très bonne expérience, voilà comment qualifier notre repas à l'Escale. La carte est courte mais c'est, sans nul doute, un gage de qualité. Les plats servis ne tombent pas dans l'hypersophistication à outrance mais les goûts sont là avec leurs petites touches originales. Le service est efficace et attentionné. Bref : une adresse prometteuse et qui devrait devenir incontournable !

Excellente adresse ! La qualité est au rendez vous, les assaisonnements sont très équilibrés et les plats sont bien travaillés. La serveuse est très agréable et la salle du restaurant joliment décorée. On reviendra !
