A little way from the most touristy streets of the city of Luz, take a gourmet break in this establishment with its temperamental cuisine, a menu of land-sea suggestions using local and seasonal produce: Pyrenean trout rillettes, ham plank, hake from the local fish market à la biscayenne, saithe... citrus swimming with its small sorbet, to end on a light note. And here, we're breaking away from classic, traditional menus! At the helm with 4 hands, Carla and Charles, an efficient and very friendly duo.

Excellent accueil de Carla qui gère à merveille son restaurant avec le cuisinier très ingénieux dans la qualité gustative de chaque plat. Tous les produits sont frais et savoureux . Ambiance chaleureuse. Le meilleur restaurant lors de notre week-end à St Jean De Luz. Les clients du Bassin d’Arcachon.

Un accueil charmant malgré ce temps morose et froid et un dîner fort savoureux: un régal pour les yeux et les papilles
Je vous recommande les encornets grilles en persillade tellement tendres que vous pouvez les couper à la fourchette et la mousse au chocolat avec sa petite pointe discrète de caramel
Bravo à vous deux et on reviendra c'est sûr
