You'll be seduced by this little corner of the Basque country overlooking the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, with its sunsets where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with Iberian, mixed and shepherd's planks. Sébastien revisits taloak (Basque corn and wheat pancakes) and spelt bread tartines: Iberian, vegan, rustic, Indian, ocean, Basque... Sweet versions of taloas, too, with black cherry jam.

Los talos muy buenos, pedimos dos diferentes. De quesos y de pollo con setas. Dentro hacia mucho calor. Nos sentaron fuera y es cierto que comes pegado al del lado. Pero en todos los sitios es así. El postre nos encanto. Sin duda repetiré si regreso por la zona. Aunque el servicio un poco lento, ya que solo esta un chica para todas las mesas(que por ser ella sola, ni tant mal).
