In this butchery, you can rediscover the speciality of Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme, I named the pré lamb. Known for years under the Foreshore brand, he obtained his AOC in 2006. These lambs delight in puccinelle, salicorne and maritime aster which gives their salty taste. They are still high according to methods of the past.
