Lætitia and Nicolas, our 2 young and already very experienced enthusiasts, work on a locavore and seasonal cuisine where each product is announced with its local origin. Whether indoors or out on the terrace with its breathtaking panorama, you'll find yourself in the "country" spirit, where the cuisine is prepared with freshness and creativity. The menu is renewed every month. At the time of our visit, we were offered half-cooked and sublimated foie gras from Arnabar, Herriko veal sweetbreads and strawberry soup with champagne, among other delights. Very professional service.

Welcome to our restaurant La Ferme Gourmande in Ossès, in the heart of the Basque Country!
Family meals, our fathers' and grandfathers' gardens and our grandmothers' many recipes have immersed us in tasteful cooking with quality local produce from an early age. This has enabled us to develop a passion and a self-taught know-how, which today gives us the desire to offer you, around a good bottle of wine, a cuisine in our image, "raw and with character".
We'll be delighted to welcome many of you in this warm and friendly setting, all accompanied by its breathtaking panorama.
A raw cuisine made with fresh, local produce, blended with flavours from here and elsewhere, with herbs and spices from the four corners of the globe.
Our address remains a convivial place, where you can also enjoy a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees mountain range.
