Ideally located in the city centre, this establishment offers you a traditional, but no less refined, cuisine made from fresh and local produce. The chef prepares various authentic dishes and delicious desserts that you can discover with your eyes closed. L'Assiette du Pays Cœur de Béarn is a pure delight: Bayonne ham salad, duck parmentier with sweet potato, sheep's cheese and black cherry jam, glass of red wine AOC Béarn. The hosts are warm, friendly, the service pleasant, this restaurant has everything to make you spend a good time in the reception as well as on the plate. To be tested!

La carte a du choix , avec de bons plats.
Foie gras en entrée qui fait le job.
Canard rossini qui était bon.
Le dessert était excellent avec une brioche perdue accompagnée d'une glace.
Je finirais par le service qui était chouette avec une équipe souriante :).
Une table à faire et refaire.
