Traditional and friendly brasserie with a focus on original cuisine with classic and seasonal dishes.

Le Trinquet, a traditional brasserie since 1923, celebrates regional cuisine. Located in the heart of the Oustalots district, near the cathedral, the restaurant offers a menu of classic dishes as well as creative creations such as the burger: artisanal sesame-maize bread, Blonde d'Aquitaine steak, Béarnaise sauce. Also available with duck! In October, pigeon enriches the menu, but garbure and foie gras are available all year round! A very pleasant address, from the welcome to the plates, where you'll feel right at home!

Nous nous sommes absolument régalés avec son jambon du pays, ses asperges délicieuses comme ds mon enfance, son foie gras fait maison. Temps d'attente un petit peu long, serveur aimable et souriant. Je recommande le Trinquet et alors ses îles flottantes !!!! Miam !!! Merci
