It is in a former mansion that Hubert Fournier, the pastry chef, has installed his creations. The pleasure is both visual and gustatory. As you contemplate the shop windows, you're dying to taste the dozens of pastries that are bursting with colour and flavour, such as the red fruit charlotte or the gourmet chiboust. We also fall for macaroons and chocolates with a variety of flavours, as well as iced desserts such as raspberry vacherin.

Mamatte bakeries and pastry shops are now a must in Amiens and Longueau (1, avenue de l'Arc). Here, it is not by salesmen that you are welcomed but by "pamperers" who bear their name well! All the products are homemade using a maximum of local and organic ingredients.
