A true chocolate prodigy, Nicolas Haag makes us dream with his chocolate creations. For 22 years, he was head chocolatier at Le Petit Poucet, an Amiens institution, before launching his own adventure, first in Plachy-Buyon. The opening of his store in Amiens enabled him to make a name for himself. With his wife Anne-Sophie, who joined him 11 years ago, they are committed to passing on their passion. In the boutique, you'll find chocolates for tasting and desserts. Several pastries are also available.
