A true chocolate prodigy, Nicolas Haag makes us dream with his chocolate creations. For 22 years, he was the head chocolatier at Le Petit Poucet, an institution in Amiens, before launching his own adventure, first in Plachy-Buyon. The opening of the Amiens store enabled him to make himself known and recognised. With Anne-Sophie, his wife, who joined him 11 years ago, they are keen to pass on their passion. In the shop, there are chocolates to be tasted and dessert chocolate. Several pastries are added to these sweets such as the "Amandina" made with pistachios and morello cherries. Note that Nicolas also offers training courses.
