Founded in 2008 by the Pension and Health Insurance Fund (CARSAT) Nord-Picardie, the Social Society for Agricultural Welfare (AMM) and the Social Society of the Self-Employed (IHR) of Picardie, the association aims to promote the prevention of the health and autonomy of persons aged 50 and over. To do so, the APSAS organises events throughout the region Picardie, including the «old-age workshops». The event schedule is updated regularly and available on the association's website.
