Renaissance castle on stilts from the 16th century, with furniture and decorations in the Louis XVI style, park with natural bird sanctuary.
In this marshy area, we find this beautiful Renaissance castle built on stilts! Built at the beginning of the 16th century, the house was redesigned just after the Revolution in a neoclassical style. The openings and the disappearance of the Renaissance dormers have made it lose its original aspect. You will not fail to notice the Time Tower with its surprising geometry: round at the base, it is then square and triangular at the top! Outside, a magnificent park of 12 hectares shelters a natural ornithological reserve.
