The Auberge des Roses is located in a charming private house, in the middle of nature, at the end of a country road. To take a meal in terrace covered with a straw shade in summer is a pure happiness while in winter you will be able to appreciate the chimney. Freshness is the sine qua non of the chef and talent does the rest: scallops, monkfish tournedos, hake, lean fish, chipirons or cuttlefish, the sea has found here a lover of its delights who transforms them into exquisite dishes. They evolve with the seasons and are a real treat which can be found in pretty proposals of meats such as duck breast with Roussane peaches from Monein.
A mon avis, la décoration est totalement à revoir, très ordinaire et pas du tout en adéquation avec la cuisine. C’est bien de promouvoir des artistes, mais mon dieu, qui donc les sélectionne ?
