A few years ago, this former restaurant was bought by the Mairie de Noyon to transform it into a place dedicated to art. The gamble paid off, with numerous artists presenting their works of art every year. You'll find sculptures, paintings, photos, jewelry, ceramics, pottery, stained glass, glass pieces...
