Timothée Cangrand, a true enthusiast, remains one of the few craftsmen working in Mauléon, the pioneer town of the espadrille. Each shoe is designed in a 100% natural way; cotton for the canvas, jute for the sole, rubber for the composition of the rubber. A guided tour explains all the stages of manufacture, and you can even make your own pair! Classic plain, striped, wedges ... impossible not to find espadrille trend to your foot.

Owner's Message ATELIER-BOUTIQUE DON QUICHOSSE
THE WORKSHOP DON QUICHOSSE A MAULEON LICHARRE
It is in the bastion of the espadrille, in Mauléon Licharre, that Don Quichosse makes his espadrilles in the purest tradition, from the models of our ancestors (those still worn in the Basque Country) to those that are still up to date.
The workshop also serves as a factory shop, a museum workshop where you will feel the weight of the years. It is a lively place where we will share with you our passion, our love of work well done, in the midst of machines that are more than a hundred years old.
Don Quichosse is also a shop-museum in Ossés, in the village of craftsmen near Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. This small museum, free of charge, will tell you the history of the espadrille through time.
