already 4 years old, Euskalduna boasts the brasserie-restaurant-bistro spirit of 2 concepts, between the bar counter where you can have lunch or dinner and its high tables in a refined decor. In the kitchen, the brigade ensures quality and inventiveness with local, seasonal produce. Generous, seasonal dishes include homemade burgers such as xibero and oilasko, foie gras terrine, ham and cheese slate, tomato gazpacho, risotto de la mer and brandade de lieu. Homemade desserts too, all served in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Nous avons passé une délicieux moment dans ce restaurant de Mauléon. L’accueil y était chaleureux et accueillant. J’ai adoré les chipirons à partager, la panure était croustillante et goûteuse ! Mon plat était joliment dressé et savoureux à souhait. Les conseils de notre ravissante serveuse était plus qu’appréciable.
