The mill at Hôpital-Saint-Blaise has seen generations of farmers grind their cereals.
This water mill, owned by the commune, probably dates back to medieval times. It has undergone numerous major restorations, to the point of being almost completely rebuilt. To this day, the commune strives to make it accessible to the public. In operation until the 2nd World War, it became obsolete with the emergence of industry. Generations of farmers have used the mill to grind their cereals. After the 1939-1945 war, the then owner turned it into a sawmill until the 1970s.
