Next to the cathedral, in the former episcopal palace, don't miss the two large restored turrets housing the MUDO - Musée de l'Oise! From the courtyard, discover the elegant palace of the Bishops-Counts of Beauvais. Admire the beautifully renovated facade of the Renaissance palace and the garden, which offers a different perspective on the cathedral. Inside the palace: a selection of the finest works from the 19th-century painting collection. On the 3ᵉ floor, beneath a spectacular 14-meter-high oak framework, discover the temporary exhibitions.

Le musée a réouvert ses portes fin mars après de gros travaux. Toutes les œuvres sont en valeur. L’accès pmr à toutes les salles . De plus ce musée est gratuit. Il se trouve aux pieds de la cathédrale, n’hésitez pas c’est une belle visite.

J'ai été à ce musée avec mon école, et c'était super très chaleureux , très accueillant , des personnes qui guides sont très gentil , j'ai fais aussi activité aquarelle et c'était super beau se que la dame nous propose ! Bref c'était Génial !

Entry is free. It has some special expo from time to time. The staff is very polite and helpful. The building is very old, from year 1015.
