Museum presenting a selection of the finest paintings in Beauvais's former episcopal palace.

Next to the cathedral, in the former episcopal palace, don't miss the two large restored turrets housing the MUDO - Musée de l'Oise! From the courtyard, discover the elegant palace of the Bishops-Counts of Beauvais. Admire the beautifully renovated facade of the Renaissance palace and the garden, which offers a different perspective on the cathedral. Inside the palace: a selection of the finest works from the 19th-century painting collection. On the 3ᵉ floor, beneath a spectacular 14-meter-high oak framework, discover the temporary exhibitions.

Bleuffé!
Un très beau musée à Beauvais et magnifiquement restauré. Le lieu est superbe, les œuvres sont bien présentées et le parcours est agréable. On sent qu’il y a eu un gros travail derrière — bravo à toute l’équipe ! Vraiment une belle réussite, à visiter sans hésiter ..
Et ça fait plaisir de voir un peu où partent nos impôts .

Waouh j ai adoré la visite scolaire et l activité proposé par le musée ce jour. Nous n avons survolés que 3 salles du 1er étages...mais je reviendrais avec mes enfants découvrir le reste avec plaisir. Informations apportés riches, stimulation du jeune public au top.

Ancienne résidence des évêques et 1000 ans d'histoire.
Aujourd'hui, il offre une belle collection d'œuvres d'art du 19ème et 20ème et dans les combles une magnifique charpente en bois.
