A sustainable address in the Emmaüs village. Ingredients from the kitchen garden and a fresh menu offering excellent value for money.
In the heart of the Emmaüs village in Lescar, the Pachamama is a place where solidarity, sustainability and quality cuisine come together to create an enjoyable experience. The ingredients used come largely from the kitchen garden, grown by the association's residents and volunteers. Every dish is prepared with fresh, seasonal produce, with a €12 daily menu that, from starter to dessert, is easy to enjoy. The restaurant's ambiance is soothing, with tables and chairs made from original objects: barrels, skis, surfboards... It's an ideal place to take a lunch break while supporting local and ethical cuisine.

Really good farm to table food. They only offer 1 option (and a vegetarian version) but it's always delicious. They offer a full menu (entrée, plat et dessert) or Just the entrée, plat option. The girl who works there is always really sweet too. You should make reservations as they offer a limited amount of meals per day.

J adore les saveurs dégustées et le concept proposé. C'est un espace qui me convient parfaitement, ce sont des produits de qualité, associé à un service généreux . La possibilité de se poser dans la salle à manger, au Kiosque, dans l espace terrasse ou l aire pique nique arboré, apporte un moment de détente et de liberté bien agréable.

Une pause au déjeuner. Un repas simple mais très bien présenté, bien cuisiné. Les serveurs efficaces et sympa. Bon moment.
