Restaurant with a decorated room and a shop selling local products and Pyrenean cuisine.
Located just below the resort of Artouste, this small restaurant has a room decorated like a high mountain chalet with its big logs on the wall, its heavy wooden tables and benches, its animal skins on the wall and as soon as the sun comes out an exceptional terrace on the nature. This place is completed with a store of local products. The chalet is located near the start of a cross-country ski trail; in the summertime you can take a tour to discover the pastoral life. On the menu, you will find the cuisine of the Pyrenees: the traditional garbure, the local ham, the foie gras, the parillada of meats, the duck aiguillettes, etc.

Hemos descubierto hoy esté restaurante y hemos comido raclette y estaba divina. Un buen trozo de queso que lo hace artesano y a mano un pastor que vende cerca de allí.
Muy buena atención y unas vistas impagables.

Après avoir consommé au bar, nous essayons un refus pour simplement remplir une gourde d'eau (canicule).

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillé nous avons choisis une planche pour deux de suite la serveuse nous a prévenu d’un délai un peu long pour préparer vu la qualité / quantité nous avons compris en la recevant / dégustant.

Experiencia nefasta, entrecot carbonizado a pesar de pedirlo al punto -. Caro carísimo y el entrecot devuelto y cobrado. Para no volver.
