Restaurant with a decorated room and a shop selling local products and Pyrenean cuisine.
Located just below the resort of Artouste, this small restaurant has a room decorated like a high mountain chalet with its big logs on the wall, its heavy wooden tables and benches, its animal skins on the wall and as soon as the sun comes out an exceptional terrace on the nature. This place is completed with a store of local products. The chalet is located near the start of a cross-country ski trail; in the summertime you can take a tour to discover the pastoral life. On the menu, you will find the cuisine of the Pyrenees: the traditional garbure, the local ham, the foie gras, the parillada of meats, the duck aiguillettes, etc.

La comida estaba buena, pero tuvimos que esperar mucho. No es normal que atiendan antes a la gente que llega nueva, antes que a los que estamos ya sentado y hemos empezado a comer.

Dommage nous sommes venus plusieurs fois mais aujourd'hui l'horreur nourriture insipide serveuse incompétente WC à midi très sale vous êtes entrain de vous couler heureusement qu'on ne voit pas la cuisine
