Six generations and counting! The first in the line, Jean-Baptiste Trogneux, baker-patissier, set up in 1872 in downtown Amiens, where the confectionery-chocolate shop still stands today. His son perfected the famous recipe for the macaron d'Amiens, which remains the company's flagship product and the town's favorite cake. Here, you can stock up on chocolates bearing the effigy of Maurice Quentin de La Tour, but also the famous gâteau battu picard or Pierre de l'Hôtel de Ville.
