In a typically béarnais village, this hostel is a very pleasant place where it is good to stop. The decoration plays on the authentic and the rustic with more modern touches. On the plate, the chef, Jean-Luc Vicassiau, from the cuisine of La Belle Auberge in Castagnède, will spoil you with some good traditional dishes accompanied by seasons, forgotten vegetables, his creed. You will be able to enjoy a velvety asparagus and flan flan, a pick of blettes from the country and a béarnaise massive bread, a shad shad, braised fennel and fresh vegetables, a grilled beef rib with shallots. Une auberge sympa dans un petit village médiatique et tout près du cabaret de Laas. Je vous conseille la côte de Bœuf
très bien préparée par le chef.
Les bouchées à la reine aux fruits de mer ne sont pas mal non plus. A déguster.
