for 4 years now, JS traiteur has been offering a wide variety of ready-made meals, buffets, cocktail receptions, meal trays and snacks made on the premises, every day of the week. There's also a delicatessen with a wide selection of local products - wines, honeys, preserves, fruit juices from the Basque region, etc. A small selection of gourmet dishes: poplette and liguini with tomato, duck breast, carrot/mushroom risotto, prawns, cuscus, confit chuck and red label free-range chicken on Sundays... Rotisserie also available all year round, to order.
