Located in the middle of the typical village of Halsou, on the square of the fronton and the town hall, the Bouxon (le Bouchon) has the charm of a restaurant with Basque-Landes accents, with the generosity of the dishes and flavors. With the song of the birds and the sound of the church bells, you will appreciate this bistronomic break, sheltered from the tourist concentration of the coast. The "œuf cocotte au foie gras", the duck tartar, the "cassolette de tête de veau gribiche", the "baba au rhum" or the "crème brûlée à l'orange maison" will finish seducing you. Et bon accueil
Mention spéciale pour la tendreté de la viande (onglet de bœuf) et l'irish Coffee.
L'accueil et le service a été impeccable.
Seul bémol l'œuf parfait un peu trop cuit, mais la perfection n'hésitant pas nous reviendrons découvrir d'autres plats.
