At the station of Guéthary, the Poinçon promises you a real moment of disorientation, in an original decor facing the sumptuousness of the ocean. On the menu, a balanced, light and generous cuisine where the product is put forward. But you can do more. Because the Poinçon is also a store and a delicatessen. The chef, Paul Dubertrand, makes you discover the cuisine of other cultures thanks to his numerous trips. Carpaccio of scallops, leek and herring maki, filet of Saint-Pierre, butternut carbonara, not forgetting the cocktails.

Nous avons tout aimé du cocktail au dessert avec de vraies bonnes surprises comme le plat végétarien (gnocchis de potimaron) ou le cocktail antisocial. Le service était en outre très sympathique. Une excellente soirée … merci !

Stumbled upon this restaurant and so glad we did!! All the staff were so nice and the chef came out and explained the menu in detail and was clearly very passionate. All ingredients very fresh - we had the fish, scallops and mussel leek starter and it was unbelievable. Can’t wait to go back!

Nous avons été vraiment très déçu par la cuisine dans ce restaurant....
Une salade césar remplie de sauce, très maigre en poulet pané, avec deux micro tranches extra fine de ventrèche.
Non apprécié
Un poulpe caoutchouteu, certainement sous vide.
Equipe sympathique au service mais aucun intérêt d aller y manger.
