At Les Halles, Bibovino is breaking new ground by offering tastings of all its wines. This convivial address, run by Laurent and Pascale, two passionate professionals, offers wine-lovers the ideal conditions to explore an unprecedented range of over 50 terroir, organic, biodynamic and sustainable wines, served by the glass or carafe. These wines are accompanied by charcuterie platters, as well as a real dish of the day and a choice of gourmet desserts.

The bakery run by Françoise and Patrice Tenaud, master artisan bakers and patissiers, has built up a fine reputation, winning several awards for their Label Rouge vendéenne brioche (gold medal in 2018),^3rd for their gâche (IGP) in 2023,^1st prize in the departmental competition in 2015. Range of organic and aromatic breads, La Pétrisane baguette, available with seeds or organic, 7/7 baguette dispenser. All homemade! Snacks: sandwiches, bagels, quiches, pizzas, salads or the Friday burger. On the sweet side, minute cakes are a speciality.

For those familiar with Tartines et Gourmandises bakeries and their reputation, Le Labo is the latest addition, with a large space where you can sit down and enjoy one of the delicious home-made pastries imagined by pastry chef Quentin Billeau.
