Homemade, with CRC and Label Rouge flours for the range of breads, including the specialty, Impérial made with rye sourdough. Traditional pastries include baba au rhum and tarte au citron, while chocolate and fruit pastries include Laurent's specialty, the Saint-Honoré. In addition to viennoiseries and brioche, a range of sandwiches and quiches are available every day at lunchtime, as well as customized cakes for special occasions.
