A wide selection of local products at producer prices is on offer, including Bipia and its range of preserves made from Espelette chillies, Arnabar and duck, bottles from the Cave d'Irouléguy, honeys and jams. In the fresh produce section: hams, sausages... Also high-quality Basque linen: a range of tablecloths, aprons, tea towels, bathroom linen and handmade cosmetics and soaps. Always with a warm welcome and a desire to return!

Producer Annie and her husband bring the Espelette chili pepper and its by-products to life, from simple powders to a range of elaborate chili-based products. More than 20 products are available: jelly, compote, jam, powder, etc. From the cultivation of 10,000 pepper plants to the finished products proudly displayed in the boutique, it's also an opportunity to showcase the products of local producers: cheeses, beers, charcuterie, preserves, dishes...

A real concentration of Basque Country in this establishment. With all the references of Irouléguy but also of other Spanish producers in particular, the txagarno, the bordatxo and of course also a beautiful range of wines from the south-west, Graves, Pessac-Léognan, Saint-Julien... without forgetting of course the unavoidable sangria of the Basque Country, red, rosé and white wines or Basque beers - Bob's Beer, Akerbeltz, Eki - ; more original, the Basque Koca with Espelette chilli pepper, Itsas Kola, ciders and liqueurs of course, original Cubi... Wines, of course, but not only because you will also discover a very nice range of condiments based on, of course, Espelette chilli pepper signed Bipia, La Maison du piment, la Boîte à piment. You will also find on the shelves a range of Kukulu cheeses matured in Espelette, Onetik, preserves of foie gras, duck from the farm Elizaldia, raw honey, olive oils, sold in situ, and more recently, artisanal ice creams with original flavours. She explains with simplicity and legitimacy (she is a producer and knows the subject) all the production chain, from planting to harvesting, from drying and grinding to obtaining Espelette chilli powder. An impressive range of pure and derived products, including organic ones. Also local productions: honey, Basque cookies, foie gras, Irouléguy wines and a beautiful range of coffees, teas, herbal teas.

Thanks to a collective of several farms in the vicinity, this general foodstuff could be created. The farmers bet on the direct and local sale, without intermediaries to continue to make their farm live and to live of their trade. Espelette is a beautiful showcase of local know-how.
