it's already 4 years since the Michelin star shone over the village of Espelette, capital of red gold. Choko Ona is an immediate embarkation into the land of flavors and refinement, thanks to young chef Clément, his brigade and Flora, who oversees every moment of service. Youth, inventiveness and local produce are the order of the day for a gustatory stroll with products from the short circuit. Each plate is a testament to the mastery of both the combinations and the cooking, thanks to the elaborate workmanship. A bucolic setting overlooking the kitchen garden.

Personnel accueillant et très à l'écoute. Service un peu rapide, nous avons dû le faire remarquer et notre demande a bien été entendue. Une cuisine délicieuse et surprenante.
Une salle très joliment agencée ,tout en douceur. On ressent la passion dans nos assiettes pour le bonheur des clients.

Service attentionné, décor élégant et une assiette sublime par ses couleurs et sa finesse !!! De l'amuse bouche aux mignardises, du pain aux assiettes, tout est joli...Bravo !

Très bon Restaurant au cœur du village d’Espelette.
Cuisine très fine, inventive et légère. Un service de qualité où se mêlent simplicité et convivialité. Une ambiance moderne avec un mobilier de très bon goût réalisé par des artisans locaux. Excellente expérience.
