Hotel with a typical restaurant offering a land-sea menu concocted by the chef, who honours local products.

The charming Hotel Chilhar, run by Marie and Fabien Munarriz, offers a warm welcome and a typical Basque restaurant. The cuisine, somewhere between bistro and Basque authenticity, features a land-sea menu, renewed with the seasons and concocted by Chef Fabien, who gives pride of place to local producers and suppliers: Kintoa pig from Les Aldudes, trout from Banka, poultry from Souraide, fish from the St-Jean-de-Luz fish auction... In short, an excellent address that ticks all the boxes in terms of value for money and service.

Nous avons uniquement testé le restaurant juste parfait en quantité, qualité ainsi que le gustatif. Deuxième fois que nous y venions pas de doute génial, il y aura une troisième fois ????
