On their website, you'll find addresses of outlets where you can buy products directly from the producer (on the farm, at markets, from producers' stores...). You can search by product category, geographical area and type of marketing channel. Foodservice professionals will find suppliers of local produce with specific information (packaging, delivery, quality mark, etc.). These suppliers can be farmers or agri-food companies in the Pays-de-la-Loire region offering local products with guaranteed traceability.
