In 2021, Romane and Clémence opened their Atelier Romence, where traditional pastries are revisited with a modern touch, combining balance and precision. With raw local produce (Mayenne flour, Loué eggs, etc.) and cakes that change with the seasons, EVERYTHING here is homemade! Viennoiseries, pastries and small cakes are available in large sizes for your events. In this genuine gourmet shop, everything is beautiful, generous, delicious, and really inexpensive. The cinnamon brioche is to die for!
